 We invite trainers, administrators, child welfare professionals and university faculty to submit proposals. Presentations in one or more of the following subject matters are being sought:

 
  • Trends in child welfare training
  • Cross-training child welfare partners
  • Rapid organizational change
  • Importance of the supervisor’s role
  • Integrating culture, fairness & equity content
  • Transfer of Learning
  • University child welfare partnerships
  • Implementation of distance learning and computer based training
  • Training needs assessment

  • Training techniques
